If you are looking for a small to medium presentation for your ministry, organization, or private business then you have come to the right place. I can start from scratch or get your current site out of that "homemade" look. The brass tacks are as follows:

Description of Services

Basic 3 Page Design Package is $450.00. This does not include special scripted drop-down menus or any extras. The process is simple; Once you give me your basic theme I will work with the color scheme and your main picture or logo. Once you approve of the design, the templates can be made. If you do not have any logo or theme in mind I can come up with something. This is included in the price. The hosting is additional which you can read about below. Design begins with making templates. Usually 2 templates are enough for small sites. Once these are made along with the corresponding files, I then use the template to create the index page (homepage). The other pages are then created as well.

Basic 5 Page Design Package is $550.00 and is the same process as above with 2 extra pages. Each additional page would be charged at the hourly rate, however I would probably work out a deal that would benefit you.

Existing Site Makeovers start at $450.00 for the basic design, depending on how web ready your files and folders are. Most of the time reorganization is necessary. There is a cost of $3.50 per page to transfer old pages into the new design pages if there are more than 5.

Maintaining a Site Once the design is complete and the site is up and running, you may opt to have me maintain the site for a monthly fee of $25.00 which includes minor textual edits, updating copyright info, and be responsible if the site crashes etc. Major changes and additions are charged at an hourly rate of $25.00 per hour. This is also known as being a webmaster.

Web Hosting

If you are unfamiliar with the terminology for the web world, hosting is separate from design. Hosting includes: domain names (name of your site), the space required to hold all the files, images, video, etc for your site. Also things like email accounts and other features. You can get a lot of frills you may never use, or like me you may want to just stick to the basics. After discussing your needs we can come up with something that suits you. Customer Service

There are no hidden costs that will come up later in case you are wondering. Good communication from the start will insure a good working relationship and a happy customer. I have worked in retail a good share of my life and excel in customer service.

I would never recommend to have your site done by anyone who you don't trust. Once a site is created by someone they may hold all the legal rights and have the passwords so it makes it very hard for you, the customer to have any recourse if the working relationship goes array. This problem exists vice versa as well.
